Integrative Psychotherapy
I believe healing is a sacred and deeply personal journey—one that unfolds when we begin to listen inward and honor the wisdom of our mind, body, heart, and spirit. Wellness is not a fixed destination, but an ever-evolving path of remembering who we are, reconnecting with our inner guidance, and coming back into alignment with our true nature.
As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, EFT practitioner, and Reiki practitioner, I offer a holistic, somatic, and integrative approach that honors the whole person. My work weaves together evidence-based practices with intuitive, heart-centered care to support healing on multiple levels. I strive to create a compassionate and safe space where you can slow down, feel deeply supported, and explore your inner landscape with curiosity and kindness. My work is deeply rooted in somatic, body-centered care as trauma, grief, stress among other emotions are stored in our body and bringing awareness to this can help heal old, lingering wounds.
I work with adolescents, adults and older adults navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, insomnia, chronic illness, life transitions, relationship challenges, and those who feel a quiet calling toward deeper meaning or purpose in their lives. Together, we gently uncover patterns, restore balance to the nervous system, and cultivate practices that nurture resilience, clarity, and self-compassion.
I feel especially connected to working with empaths and highly sensitive individuals. Those with tender awareness often experience the world in profound ways, yet may also feel overwhelmed by its intensity. My intention is to help sensitive souls learn to ground their energy, establish nourishing boundaries, and embrace their sensitivity as a source of wisdom, strength, and authentic connection.
